The Wii U is struggling mightily, but according to Nintendo of America’s President Reggie Fils-Aime, the hardware’s name isn’t the issue.
In a conversation with Kotaku, Fils-Aime notes that “the challenges
facing with Wii U are not issues of the name. The issue is the lack of a steady rate of software launches to motivate the consumer to drive buzz and engagement and to highlight the wide variety of uses of the GamePad. That’s the issue.”
Fils-Aime also told Kotaku that the Wii U has only sold 1.5 million units in the United States to date, “about half of what the Wii did in the same amount of time,” according to the article.
A comment on another site, gone now, removed by overlords perhaps deeming it uncivilized or its author perhaps experiencing a change of heart. Here's what it said:

The man whose Double Fine Entertainment singlehandedly created the Kickstarter Phenomenon of Videogame Funding now appears to have singlehandedly redefined its playing field. Yesterday, Schafer announced that despite having raised almost ten times more than the requested $400K, their crowdfunded adventure Broken Age was over budget and behind schedule. In fact, to meet their Fall 2013 original target release, Double Fine would have to cut 75% of the game. That's a little more than reach exceeding grasp. That's beginning to look like development based on a lie.

The world's most famous "science guy" used his scientific prowess to explain what's sure to be another great debate among comic book fans when Man Of Steel hits theaters: How does Superman shave? Bill Nye explained his Superman shaving theory as part of Gillette's "How Does He Shave?" ad campaign, which also features theories from scientific and comic book experts such as filmmaker Kevin Smith and Mythbusters hosts Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage. Naturally, Nye's theory uses the most scientific thought thanks to his extensive training and experience as a mechanical engineer. He believes that Superman doesn't necessarily need a kryptonite infused razor or strengthened diamond blades to make his face as smooth as a baby's behind.
